CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
-Dishwasher safe but hand washing recommended to prolong performance.
-Pan oven safe up to 232˚C (450˚F), Gas Mark 8.
-Lid oven safe up to 200°C (392°F), Gas Mark 6.
-Ceramic non-stick coatings prefer a low to medium heat. Avoid overheating your cookware to help preserve the non-stick surface.
-Please note: this saucepan is not compatible with all induction hobs due to the size of induction plate on the bottom of the pan. You may find that it doesn't connect well with smaller sized induction hob rings.
