🌿Calms & relaxes busy little ones
🌿Helps going to sleep & staying asleep
🌿Useful if prone to excessive worry & upset
🌿Helps establish a healthy sleep pattern

A gentle relaxant for little ones needing to slow down and settle into sleep. This soothing syrup helps babies and children establish healthy sleep patterns, staying asleep and waking refreshed. This can be used for daytime naps as well as soothing overly worried or unsettled children during the day. Especially useful to support teething babies through that grizzly stage.

Take the recommended dose by age group:
Infants 0-1 years: 0.5ml
Children 1-2 years: 1 to 2ml ( 1/4 metric teaspoon)
Children 2-5 years: 2 to 3ml ( 1/2 metric teaspoon)
Children 5 years and over: 5ml (1 metric teaspoon)
For children under 5 years, take the recommended
dose up to one hour before bed (including daytime
sleeps). May also be taken during the night if awake.
For children 5 years and older, take recommended
dose three hours before bed and another dose one
hour before bed. May also be taken during the night
if awake.
To support restless or worried children during
daytime, take the recommended dose 3 times per day.

💡TIPS
The herbs in this product are relaxing for the nervous system rather than sedating - so a calm bedtime routine will allow the child to settle and give the product the best opportunity to work effectively.
Avoid sugary treats before bed or anything with food colouring in it - these can give a spike in energy and activty before bed!

Each 5ml dose contains:
LEMON BALM
extract equivalent to dry leaf 528mg
CHAMOMILE
extract equivalent to dry flowers 2382mg
ORANGE
essential oil 2.32mg
In a syrup base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine,
natural flavours, citric acid and water.

Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist, especially in infants under 2 years, see your healthcare professional.
